Plans to convert the ever aging rotunda into luxury apartments moved a step closer today.
The grade II listed building has not been touched since the day it was opened in the late 60’s. However, with the opening of the new £550million Bullring nearby, the tower is looking aged and needs a new lease of life. The Birmingham Alliance have announced that Urban Splash are the front runners to convert the Birmingham landmark tower from offices to city-centre apartments with a new facade on the outside that will give the tired look a new freshness.
