This 800,000 sq ft mixed use scheme is the largest to be built in the east end of Leeds so far, with a total of 640 apartments, a 218 room hotel leased to Accor Group, a small amount of office and commercial space and car parking for up to 545 vehicles.
This final phase of the scheme was planned to be 26 floors in 2005, but has been reduce to 18 floors to fit in with the other elements of the Gateway scheme.
