Tom Collins House is such that it could be a
product of 90s post-modernism with the various
building elements these days commonplace
within residential developments.
- The building is named after Tom Collins, the head of Newcastle City Council between 1973 and 1977 who was instrumental in the flagship redevelopment at Byker.
