The landmark Channel project is the first major waterside scheme proposed in central Bradford, and will include two towers of 24 and 16 storeys. Designed by Robinson Design Group, the scheme will include residential as well as cafes, bars, exhibition areas, a hotel and a covered winter garden.
The scheme has been finally approved by the local council after prolonged wrangling over heights of the taller elements of the scheme.
