Skidmore Owings & Merrill designed 10 Fleet Place with the structural expressionism attempting to evoke the Gothic architecture of "olde" London with such touches as the pseudo flying buttresses.
The eastern side of the ninth floor is recessed away from the building envelope providing occupants with a roof terrace that offers sweeping views towards St Paul's Cathedral and the central core of the City of London.
