Former developers Goldtique Investments sold the Cambrian Centre site to Modus Properties for £10.5 million in February 2006.
Although the designs shown here were approved by Newport Council, new designs have been submitted by developers Modus, for 'City Spires', a mixed use development which will include a 30 floor tower. The new designs replace the ones on this page.
