  • Elizabeth House was designed by the infamous John Poulson who had secured contracts with Southern Railways allowing him to get infill developments of questionable quality above their stations and on attached land. Further to this one adjacent to Waterloo Poulson was also responsible for work in Leeds and at Blackfriars.
