A full planning application was made on the 10th January 2005 and approval received for 227 apartments and 6 retail units.
This is the final residential phase of the large Clarence Dock scheme bringing the total number of apartments there to over 1000.
Construction started in late November 2005 with the main tower crane erected in Jan 2006, and was expected to take 20 months. The full structure and external cladding was completed in early April 2007.
