- After many revisions to this project, the design finally
settled on an elegant 28 storey tower with commercial
space in the lower 4 floors.
- Following years of inactivity, this site has recently
been purchased by property developer Park Lane
Properties, and Brewster Bye architects have been
appointed to the project. The existing empty building
on this site has also been demolished recently..
- The developers have recently applied for approval of
the conditions of the existing planning consent, just as
the
approval extension permission was about to expire.
