Andy Ruhan, who funded internet hotels business Global Switch has bought Hampton Trusts Ltd share in the £450million Arena Central Scheme. As a result, they now own 301 Broad street which is a key site earmarked for the prestigious development.
The site already holds planning permission for 2 million square feet of space and is dubbed to be Birmingham's new Brindley Place However, progress of the scheme has been slow.
