- Developers Broadhall originally had plans for a refurbishment and glass reclad of this 1960s office building. Then known as Forty Newport Road it was marketed as an office development. This presumably fell foul to a lack of interest and a slow office market, the building was sold on to current developers City Lofts who have now turned it into appartments.
