The existing All Saints is built on the site of a previous church that was founded in about 1122 but collapsed in 1720 leading to a public appeal to construct something more modern.
The central space within the church is designed to be column free and has the dimensions of 22 metres in length, 13 metres wide, and an internal height of 15 metres. The capacity audience is 350 seats.
In 1972 All Saints Church was deconsecrated and then converted in 1975 into a library for Lincoln College, part of Oxford University.
