  • Headrow House is the last part of Reginald Bloomfield's interwar plans for Leeds that was actually built.
  • Next Properties, the then owners of Headrow House, planned in the summer of 1989 to demolish it and replace it with a new office building but these designs were rejected by Leeds City Council and site was sold on and eventually ended up in the hands of the Leeds Permanent Building Society who renovated it.
