Images Other Information
- City Peninsula features two interconnected blocks, one a 12 level mid-rise section and the other the 20 floor tower element. Each of them have their own separate two lift service cores from a single residential entrance.
- All the apartments have some external amenity where possible. In addition to the communal roof garden on the 11th floor, all but the upper apartments have balconies. Further up the tower due to wind strength these are instead fully glazed mini-winter gardens.
- The ground level maisonettes each have their own separate entrance with porch detailing in an attempt by the architect to create something close to a residential street at ground level.
- The top three floors of the tower have been combined into a single penthouse which also has exclusive access to the upper roof terrace.
- Amongst the facade treatments to add colour to the building is wood, and tecu-brass panels.
