- The irregular shape of the building responds tightly to the boundaries of the site hugging them as much as possible.
- Whilst the rest of the building is more regularly adorned, the Southern facade is designed to have ripple effect glass.
- The glass frontage is designed to be lit up at night by lights that will reflect off illuminating the area around the Monument in the place of public street lights.
