Other Information

  • Asquith Properties won an international contest to design a development for a prime gateway site south of Bradford city centre. The proposed scheme would provide Bradford's tallest building if built, and is planned to act as the primary landmark to the main route into central Bradford.
  • The early proposal for the residential apartments and hotel included various height blocks up to 22 stories, but were redesigned to include an ambitious 37 storey tower.
