Other Information

  • West Riding House has been marginally the tallest building in Leeds for over three decades, however this title will be lost to Bridgewater Place within the next 12 months. The office floors recently had a major internal renovation, and the lower retail units are due to be re-developed over the next two years.
  • The building was purchased in 2011 by Moorfield Group, and is being re-launched as 'Pinnacle' in 2013, following a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment package.
