Other Information

  • Lee House is an existing 8 storey office block.
  • It was originally planned to be 69m tall, but the 1929 stock market crash led to the project being halted halfway through construction. It would have been the tallest office block in Europe.
  • In 2002 plans were approved for an extra 11 floors to be added to bring the building to it's originally intended height. 7 of these new floors will be residential, 2 residential and 2 plant. The plans will closely follow the originals.
