    The original design for the 91m, 24 story tower was approved. On 27th January 05 a new application was submitted for a redesigned tower and a height increase to 101m and 31 stories.
  • (Planning Application No: 05/00154/C)
  • The revised application for buildings ranging from 6-31 stories was granted permission on 25th May 05.
  • A third application was submitted on 21st February 06 for buildings ranging from 3-32 stories. The new proposal shows an increase in the number of appartments to 248 (from 203 in previous application).
