Other Information

  • Waterside is two triangular floor plated buildings forming a square linked together by a central atrium and entrance that allows the entire building to be flooded by daylight from all sides including the interior.
  • The building is classic Rogers with the services including stairwells and glass elevators a-la Lloyds located on the corner towers.
  • Much of the building is colour coded depending on its use - for example stairs are shown as yellow steel.
  • The building uses non-vibratory concrete that as a result does not need finishing when left exposed whilst the cladding features composite panels that combine into the finished effect rather than single panels.
