  • Designed by TP Bennett, the project was originally a department store for Rackhams with an office tower above it. The entire project utilised air rights over a railway by partially sitting on a concrete raft 61 metres long and 15 metres wide.
  • Planning permission was granted for the refurbishment of the Windsor House Shopping Centre, originally Rackham's, and the office block above it that is now known as Temple Point.
