- This scheme in the 'Cultural Quarter' positioned adjacent to the regional BBC studios and West Yorkshire Playhouse originally includeded two 11 storey towers. A revised application has been approved with a single tower of 16 stories.
- Construction work started in early 2007. Work was halted for a lengthy period in 2008 when structurally complete, but re-started in late 2008 to complete the external cladding.
